I haven't even officially started this project yet, and I'm feeling more defeated than usual.
In January I started studying on my own for the Series 65 License exam. Last week I started an online class to supplement the reading. It's still very challenging
Today I started my taxes. I knew I was likely going to owe due to my freelance gig at the end of 2024, but I was not prepared for how much the bill was going to come to. And it's in these moments where I have to ask myself how I'm qualified to help others with their personal finances.
But no one starts off knowing it all. When I started this, I knew it would be a multi-year endeavor. I'm learning more every day and every hard-earned lesson I go through is another I can pass on to others so that they don't have to share my pain.
